The Brudenell Social and Recreational Club has a long and varied history and was formed on December 8th, 1913, it bought its first premises and current land shortly afterwards where it is still located today.
The Brudenell has been in the past most famous for hosting secret gigs for bands like Franz Ferdinand and the Kaiser Chiefs. However, it has been a centrepiece of the Leeds music scene for a number of years, hosting events most nights of the week which are put on by a variety of local promoters, covering a wide spectrum of genres.
Their open music policy believes in freedom and creation and holds the belief that music and expression provide useful social interaction.
Primary Technology were briefed to provide managed IT services, supporting the day-to-day operations at The Brudenell.
Taking the time to find out what The Brudenell does, and how technology plays a role in that, we started off designing a managed IT support package that could flex to meet their demands.
Understanding the type of support needed has allowed our Service Desk to ensure IT services such as their managed wireless system is configured to best suit their needs, and to make suggestions for how to improve the use of technology.
The Brudenell now has a fast, reliable technology infrastructure giving them the competitive edge and tools they need to meet their customers’ demands. Delivering a better guest experience removes any frustrations with technology, improving the return on their technology investment.
In the event that an issue does occur, our remote monitoring and proactive IT support helps to minimise downtime, without over-extending their IT budget.
We are proud to have developed trusted partnerships with leading technology suppliers, manufacturers and global tech brands.
