Since 2004 Primary Technology have been providing tailored Technical Support packages to schools with support available on a callout basis or annual contract. The most important part of how we work is the relationship between ourselves and your school.

That is why you get a dedicated engineer, free consultancy and three year planning to help you move forward – independent of what package you buy. Support contracts start at half a day every other week; average support contracts are 3 hours per week onsite support. All our packages are provided in blocks of 3 hours and can be combined in any way you like.

We also install and maintain software that helps to ease the strain of managing ICT. These include a job ticketing system, automated inventory of hardware, 24/7 server monitoring, remote assistance and telephone help-desk.

Guaranteed response time to callouts and free support for the mornings of Ofsted/HMI inspections are a standard feature of all of our packages.

All our schools have the mobile numbers of our managers and clear escalation paths are in place to ensure a high level of service quality.
