For both quality on-site support and fully fledged Capita Accredited help-desk facilities we are working together to outlay a service full of strengths.
If you have a specific SIMS Software issue, no matter which part of SIMS, even FMS, then you can call the Help-desk at Schools ICT Services. When your call is answered the Help-desk will try and solve your problem there and then. If they are unable to do this it will get passed to the specialist for that part of SIMS.
Hardware Support can be added to a package ensuring your school is completely covered, should any issue require on-site attention an engineer will be sent to site. Packages are tailored to each school and depending on requirements and always offer savings over support through Capita direct.
