Junior ICT Support

A new service that Primary Technology introduced in 2012 as an add-on to our Technical Support service. The core of this service is to provide in-school support at a basic level, helping users with whiteboards, projectors, printers and other basic problems.

Designed for expanding schools or those wanting extra hands-on support, it can help keep ICT running to a high standard that you would expect working with Primary Technology and help save some money on support.

As with our Technical Support, all out Junior Support packages are tailored to suit your schools specific requirements and also works in 3 hour blocks.

Our juniors are working to become fully fledged engineers and are often also studying for academic qualifications with the support of Primary Technology.

It’s a really high quality service for a really low cost. It has the full backup of a top level technical service but you get the benefit of having hands on support, drastically reducing the time taken from your more knowledgeable staff for those smaller problems.
