Hi all, just a quick update on this. Every now and again the export service crashes and exports fail. It happens once a week and requires a manual restart of the service. We are hoping to get this issue resolved permanently at some point tonight/tomorrow. Sorry about any unreliable experiences you may of have had with file exports, we are doing our best to sort it.
Great news, we got it working! You can now export and import files from Primary Pad. Time for some well deserved rest!
