Onsite Support with Remote Help

Technical Support packages are tailored to suit each school with support available on a callout basis or annual contract. We provide constant remote monitoring and maintenance of all school servers as standard.

Support Features

The most important part of how we work is the relationship between ourselves and your school. That is why you get a dedicated engineer, free consultancy and three year planning to help you move forward – independent of what package you buy. Remote assistance and telephone help-desk. Guaranteed response time to callouts and free support for the mornings of Ofsted/HMI inspections.

Online Support Tools

We install and maintain software that helps to ease the strain of managing ICT. These include a job ticketing system, automated inventory of hardware, 24/7 server monitoring.

Pay As You Go Pricing 2013 › 2014

Pay As You Go support is purchased in blocks of 20 hours for small schools, early years, nurseries, children’s centre’s or for primary schools requiring just second-line or emergency support.

  • 20 Hours PAYG: £1000
  • 40 Hours PAYG: £2000
  • 60 Hours PAYG: £3000

Annual Contract Pricing 2013 › 2014

Support contracts start at half a day every other week; average support contracts are 3 hours per week onsite support. All our packages are provided in blocks of 3 hours and can be combined in any way you like. For example a full day of 6 hours can be provided, or you can split it across two days with two 3 hour sessions. All prices below are for term time only, 38 weeks per year. We can also provide out of term time support, please contact us for pricing.

  • Half a day every other week (3 hours per fortnight): £2575
  • Half a day per week (3 hours per week): £4350
  • Full day per week (6 hours per week): £8240
  • Day and half per week (9 hours per week): £10815
  • Two days per week (12 hours per week): £14420
  • Two and a half days per week (15 hours per week): £17510

Hardware Provision

The equipment used in school is a critical component of the support we provide. Without good kit we are unable to provide a top level of support. That’s why we source the cheapest prices for the best components that we can. If you require a quote for hardware we will find the lowest priced, best suited product from the distribution available in the UK. The added benefit is that we can advise and freely consult you through hardware purchasing and you still get a low cost, yet top quality product.
